When we receive your component it is carefully disassembled and inspected. We then gather the necessary information to quote your component. We will contact you and discuss your repair in detail and answer any questions you might have. After quoting parts are ordered, and your components are cleaned and stored awaiting assembly. Once parts arrive your component is assembled by a factory trained technician. When assembly is complete all components are pressure tested before returning to the customer. We aim to turn your component around in 2-4 days depending on the job. We are also prepared to handle emergency downtime repairs when they arise and aim to get you back running as quick as possible.

Being able to perform the work in a timely manner is only half of the job. We will keep you informed of your repair from start to finish. When you receive the bill there will be no hidden fees or surprises. We have set our labor rate below the industry standards to benefit our customers. We believe you should pay a fair rate for the service you receive. Our quality however is above industry standards. We will not cut a corner under any circumstances.
